Please verify that you are using Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher as your web browser. If you do not have Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher installed on your computer, you can download it by clicking here.

Also verify that you have the most recent version of Macromedia Flash Player which can be downloaded by clicking here.

A personal firewall on your computer can block WebMeetings from playing correctly. If you are continuing to have problems, please check your firewall settings.

You can run a test on your computer to verify that you meet all of the necessary requirements. This test is found by clicking on the System Requirements link on the bottom of any WebMeeting page.
